A Proven, Scalable Model
AWS combines early intervention, ergonomics, and occupational health into a single, integrated solution. Whether you operate one location or a nationwide network, we scale with you, bringing the same focus, structure, and measurable results to every site.
Every AWS program is informed by decades of industry-specific insight and continuously refined through our outcomes-based approach. We’re not guessing; we’re measuring what works. Our research guides smarter strategies for prevention, recovery, and long-term performance.
We Understand Your Workforce
Your people are your greatest asset, and no two worksites face the same challenges. That’s why we build every solution around the unique physical, operational, and cultural realities of your teams.
We help employers address:
- Rising musculoskeletal injury claims and healthcare spend
- Confusion around OSHA compliance and first-aid recordability
- Downtime, lost productivity, and backfill costs due to DART cases
- Disconnected care pathways that delay recovery
- Limited internal resources to manage onsite health, ergonomics, and compliance

From proactive injury prevention to full-scale ergonomic consulting, AWS brings tailored occupational health solutions directly to your worksite. Our integrated model empowers employers to reduce injury rates, manage claims more effectively, and boost workforce wellness from the ground up.
Our Advantage: Specialized Training & Expertise
Our training is designed specifically for injury prevention and early intervention. Regardless of professional background, our Early Intervention Specialist (EIS) (define) team members complete a structured onboarding and development program that prepares them to apply their clinical knowledge effectively within the work environment.
EIS professionals complete ATI’s Workplace Injury Prevention Certificate Program, backed by the Institute for Musculoskeletal Advancement (iMSKa), with training focused on musculoskeletal injury prevention, ergonomic risk reduction, physical assessment, OSHA First Aid, coaching strategies, and effective case management. Training is reinforced through field mentoring, competency validation, case reviews, and ongoing professional development to promote consistent, high-quality service across our programs.
Our EIS professionals are trained to support:
- Musculoskeletal risk identification & reporting
- Injury prevention, triage, & early intervention
- Industrial & office ergonomics
- Work hardening
- Case coordination & return-to-work support
